These banded belts are available in varied range of classical, wedge and narrow v-section belts with strong tie band over them. The band over the belts gives extra lateral rigidity thereby eliminating belts whipping problem over the pulley. The banded bands not only help in even distribution of load among the belts but also prevent twisting of belts in the pulley. The maximum 5 belts are recommended under one band. These banded belts include ha, hb, hc, hd, hspz, hspa, hspb, hspc, h3v, h5v and h8v sections. These banded belts are manufactured in accordance to the standards of iso 5290, iso 5291 and bs 3790. These banded belts are suitable for application in fields of severe vibrations, extreme shock loads and pulsating loads.
